What's in a Energy Smart Solutions Proposals:
1st - We come to your home or office and review your heating and cooling needs. We will document your specific conditions including; square foot of heated spaces, window details, insulation/construction details, and any special conditions such as fireplaces, large great room, sun rooms, etc.
2nd - We develop a proposal for your specific heating and colling needs. This includes; 
- Your building conceptually modeled (in professional software) to provide an approximate heating & cooling load.
- Summary of annual energy cost for each equipment proposed, based on you building details and equipment vendors performance data.
- Finally, an Installation proposal for each equipment evaluated.
Our Proposal provides you data on potential operating cost and energy savings for each piece of equipment evalauted. This allows you to make a "data informed decision".
The work to develop each proposal is ~ 2 to 3 hours, we invest this time upfront prior to any commitment because it's important that you are provided with the best data possible to make informed investment decisions for you heating/Cooling needs.
Our customers often request that we provide simulation data on equipment we don't install, so they can evaluate equipment from other proposals to make an informed decision, that's no problem.
We are very knowledgable at ensuring that you receive every Federal, State and local utility incentive and rebate available. We assist you in managing the paper work to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from your new systems.
