What is an Energy Audit from Energy Smart Solutions?

Our Energy Audits are a diagnostics tool to evaluate the performance of your home or office.  It establishes a "base line" of building performance and prioritized list of improvements based on projected financial payback (ROI).  Additionally we will identify any potential tax rebates or credits.

Our Complete Home Evaluation package includes a top-to-bottom visual inspection of your home and all associated mechanical systems, complete with blower door and duct blaster testing, and infrared scanning to provide a detailed and comprehensive evaluation of your home or building.  This package includes a Home Evaluation Report that gives you detailed information and prioritized recommendations for cost effective improvements that will help you save money.

What does it cost?

We'd like the Complete Home Evaluation to be no cost.  Even though our Energy Audit is an invaluable source to information and a smart first step, the report itself,  doesn't save you a penny!  

We have an independent RESNET/BPI Certified Inspectors complete all of our energy audits.  Each completed audit requires a minimum of 4 to 8 hours work for our inspector.  The cost for a completed home evaluation range from: $300 to $750 for typical residential or lite commerical dwellings.
