What's in a Energy Smart Solutions Proposals:
We conduct a site visit to your home or commercial location and evaluate the most economical choices for solar photovoltaic based on site structures and a shade analysis for each potential location. We will document site conditions for monthly sunpath and shade analysis defining the percentage of solar energy potentially availabile. This can be based on either horizontal (flat roof) applications or Vertical (tilt greater than 20 degrees) applications.
As part of every proposal, we will evaluate your location in commercial software. We use that model along with performance data to run a "simulated" year of solar exposure for your location. From the model data we are able to provide you estimated power generation. We reach across many different manufacturers and technologies to select the absolute best performing and econmical solutions for you application.
Our licensed Professional Engineer (PE) will ensure the design will provide you optimal performance and a quality installation
We are very knowledgable at ensuring that you recieve Federal, State and local utility incentives and rebates. We'll manage your paper work for filing with these important programs to help ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from your new systems.
We can assist you with financing options. We'll even set you up with a REC Web broker so you can trade your REC's online.
Many systems see cost recoved in less than 6 years! There is a strong demand for SREC's in both NJ (well established closed state market) and PA (new emerging interstate market)
